Lease takeover from 1st of July 2021.
The studio is 40 m2, completely renovated, with a big balcony and a separate storage room. There is a also a basement.
It's on the Rue du Vidollet 17, very close to Cornavin and the UN.
Duration of contract with Regie: July 2021-November 2022.
The rent is 1100 CHF for the period July-November 2021 and it increases to 1383 CHF for the following period from December 2021-November 2022 (end of the contract). Charges are included.
There is some basic furniture in the apartment (wardrobe, bookshelves, mattress, balcony table with chairs, bar chairs, fully equipped kitchen, and other small stuff...). I can send you a list of items if interested. If you wish to keep it, I can give everything for 400 chf or we can agree on details during the visit, depending on what you are interested in.
There will be one day for an apartment visit, Friday, June 11, entire day from 09:30-20h. The apartment is on the 2nd floor.
Please have your documents ready: permis de séjour, work contract, 3 salary slips, attestation non poursuites.
I will propose the new tenant to the Regie by the end of the week.
