Description du poste- Establishing work certificates
- Assist all employees with HR related issues, e.g. pensions, maternity and sickness leave
- Sickness reports and administrative paperwork
- Absences management
- Record keeping - maintenance of accurate and up-to-date HR database records and personal files
- Employee's withdrawal from benefits, pension plan, etc
- Prior experience in Human Resources Department (minimum 3 years in Switzerland)
- Fluency in English and French
- Familiar with IT systems (experience with Workday and Sharepoint)
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss security systems
- Previous experience within an international environment in a dynamic administration team
- Attention to details and high level of accuracy
- Ability to set priorities, coordinate processes and multitask
