For our client, a a global business, we are looking for a Supply Chain Allrounder.

• Executing trade deals

• Vessel chartering and container shipment management

• Opening and checking L/Cs for suppliers and receivers

• Requesting amendments and negotiating documents for collection of payment

• Tracking and monitoring material flows in production, transit and stock

• Documentation, invoicing, outgoing and incoming payments, client exposure control and claim management

• Insuring risks of each transport as well as material in storage

• Preparing reports for weekly meetings with Senior Management

• Commercial education

• Minimum 3 years working experience in an operation role such as warehouse, material planning, freight management etc)

• Additional experience in export/import including knowledge of L/Cs and B/L preferred

• Fluency in English is an absolute must, German and any other languages is a plus

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and knowledge of SAP (S&D and MM)

• Proactive team player who knows how to work in an autonomous, efficient and well organized manner

• Flexible work attitude who is able to adapt to various international practices

• Ability to think as well as to take ownership and responsibility
