• Responsible for Returns and Warranty process
•
• Create reports and dashboards on returns
• Collaborate internally for the machines’ improvement by identifying
Missions :
As a customer trainer:
You will be
technicians on our different machines
potential issues and problems to alert concerned teams (factory,
R&D and software)
• Organise logistics for customer following the training at HQ Ardon
•
• Maintain training room and machines
Keep training tracker data base up to date
Ensure communication with manager and inform all involved parties
on returns, spare parts and ongoing training.
Ensure orders are met in a timely manner by production and buyers
Participate in troubleshooting on returned machines and parts
training and
following
international customers/
As a technical specialist:

Your profile :
Ideally with experience in training and/or good communicator
Excellent technical, mechanical and electrical knowledge (engineer or technician)
Experience in the Professional Coffee Machine Business a plus but not mandatory
Ideally with After-Sales experience
Able to evolve in a fast growing company offering many opportunities for improvement
Service orientated
• Good German knowledge, English and/or French is a plus
