Description du poste- Prepare trading documents
- Handling phone calls, routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information, and creating professional presentations
- Make travel arrangements for Executive
- Prepare expense claims and provide assistance in bookkeeping
- Creation and processing of invoices
- Build and maintain databases
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages)
- Monitor office supplies and ensure the most cost-effective orders
- Bachelor'sdegree
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Very good English and french skills oral and writing (Portuguese is a plus)
- Structured, proactive and the ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment
- Very good communication and team skills
- Organized, thoughtful and responsible way of working
