Our client is an international company who has a leader position in his sector.
Description du poste· Serving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately · Answering the switchboard, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls · Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers · Serve as the point person for office manager duties including: - Maintenance - Mailing - Supplies - Equipment - Bills - Errands - Shopping · Schedule meetings and appointments · Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment · Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs · Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary · Organize office operations and procedures
Profil recherché- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within an international fastpaced and evolving environment - Excellent organisational skills - Very good knowledge of French and English (spoken and written) - Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
