Description du poste- Order handling for assigned countries from receipt of order until final invoicing - Preparation and issue of offers and quotations - Handling of Letters of Credit and Documentary collections - Contact point for customers, distribution centers, plants, suppliers, banks and area managers - Liaising with warehouses - Customer complaint handling
Profil recherché- Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent - Education in international customer service is a plus - 3 years at least of experience in international customer service - French and English fluent - German is a plus
