We are looking on an exclusive mandate with Shell, a world-renowned international company in the energy sector, for a Global Sponsorship Manager who can drive the brand's most important global key account, active in the motorsport industry.

• Be responsible for the company's biggest global partnership for sponsoring, active in the motorsports industry
• Negotiate big contracts with a large multinational account
• Plan and deliver ambitious strategy together with the team and agencies
• Ensure all contractual rights are used and leveraged to the highest extend
• Via the partnership, advise and guide the company's business decisions
• Align and coordinate with the different teams to make the partnership successful

• Higher education (ideally Master degree) in Business Administration or Marketing
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Global Sponsoring management
• Having worked in multinational corporate organisation
• Ideally International experience in Sports Marketing or strong Marketing expertise
• Strong negotiating skills, experienced negotiator with global accounts
• Strong interpersonal skills, and able to work in and with multicultural teams
• Fluent in English
