Focus on Customer Service for internal clients, Evaluate procurement requests and coordinate import, Generate Purchase orders to suppliers. Provide confirmations to buyers and insure internal controls and procedures are maintained, Ensure timely shipments and communication with manufacturing and sales units, Responsible for sales invoices to clear goods through customs; record the accounts receivable, issue credit notes when needed, Evaluation of freight method & charges; participate in the determination of shipping alternatives Resolve quality issues between customers and manufacturers when required, Measure supplier performance and give input on continuous improvement programs, Maintain Vendor master file in coordination with the accounting department

University degree or equivalent education, ideally in Supply Chain or Logistics, At least 5 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing or Import matters, Knowledge of Inco terms and Letter of Credits, Fluent in English, a second language is an asset, Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or JDE).
