I am relocating to the UK, so have to leave my beautiful, quiet, sunny, 2-bed apartment near Eaux Vives. Tram stop Grange Canal (tram 12). 10 minute walk to Eaux Vives, 15 minute walk to lake, 10 minutes by tram to Bel Air.
Details: Third floor (top floor) of modern building in quiet passage. NO LIFT. Total surface approximately 75 m2. Large living room with two balconies. Large kitchen/diner. One large double bedroom, one small double bedroom. Bathroom (with washing machine) and separate toilet. Parquet flooring everywhere except bathroom and kitchen.
Rent: CHF 2,600 including hot water and heating (this is the current rent, there is always a chance it could increase slightly).
